All photographs, videos, branding, logos, text, graphics and other content displayed on this website remain the property of Simmy Kaur unless otherwise stated.

Every reasonable effort is made to ensure the information on this website is accurate and up to date. However, no guarantee is given that all information is complete or free from errors.

Whilst every effort is made to keep this website available, no responsibility is accepted for temporary interruptions or technical issues.

This website may contain links to third-party websites. No responsibility is accepted for the content, privacy practices or availability of external websites.

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a booking. A booking is only confirmed once availability has been confirmed and the required Booking Deposit has been received.

Prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed quotation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simmy Kaur accepts no liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

• "Simmy Kaur" means the service provider.
• "SK Team" means Simmy Kaur together with any employees, assistants, contractors, freelancers, or authorised team members providing services.
• "Client" means the individual making the booking.

A non-refundable Booking Deposit is required to secure your wedding or event date.

Your booking is not confirmed until the Booking Deposit has been received.

Once the Booking Deposit has been paid, your chosen date is reserved exclusively for you and other enquiries for that date may be declined.

The remaining balance must be paid by the agreed due date stated on your booking confirmation.

Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking.

Requests to change your booking date are subject to availability.

If Simmy Kaur is unavailable on the requested new date, the original booking will be treated as cancelled and the Booking Deposit will remain non-refundable.

If the Client cancels the booking, the Booking Deposit will not be refunded.

Bridal trials are charged separately unless otherwise agreed.

Trial appointments are non-refundable once completed.

Additional services or extra members of the bridal party requested after the booking has been confirmed are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Travel charges are additional unless otherwise confirmed in writing.

The Client is responsible for all agreed travel costs, parking charges, congestion charges, tolls, accommodation where required, and any other agreed travel expenses.

Suitable parking should be available as close as reasonably possible to the venue.

A personalised schedule will be agreed before the wedding or event.

The Client is responsible for ensuring everyone receiving services is present and ready at their allocated time.

If the SK Team is required to wait due to delays caused by the Client or bridal party, a waiting charge of £50 per 30 minutes or part thereof will apply.

Services that cannot be completed due to client delays will remain chargeable, and no refund or reduction in fees will be provided.

The Client must provide a clean, safe, well-lit and suitable working environment.

Adequate seating, table space, mirrors, electrical sockets, ventilation and sufficient working space must be available.

Children and pets should be supervised and kept away from the working area while services are being provided.

The Client is responsible for ensuring that the SK Team is provided with a safe, respectful and professional working environment.

The SK Team reserves the right to refuse to commence or continue services where abusive, threatening, aggressive, discriminatory, harassing or inappropriate behaviour occurs.

Where services are refused or discontinued for these reasons, the Booking Deposit will remain non-refundable.

The Client must disclose any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions or other relevant information before the appointment.

Simmy Kaur cannot accept liability for allergic reactions where relevant information has not been disclosed.

Clients should arrive with clean, dry hair unless otherwise agreed, and a clean face free from makeup and heavy skincare products.

The SK Team may photograph or record completed hair and makeup for portfolios, websites, social media, printed marketing materials and other promotional purposes.

If the Client does not wish to be photographed or featured, written notice must be provided before the wedding or event date.

Neither Simmy Kaur nor the SK Team shall be liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control, including severe weather, illness, accidents, transport disruption, road closures, government restrictions, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where reasonably practicable, every effort will be made to provide an alternative arrangement or replacement artist, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability which cannot legally be excluded.

Subject to the above, Simmy Kaur's liability arising from the booking shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the services booked.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Payment of the Booking Deposit confirms that the Client has read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
